Accommodation

Article 1 – Champ d'application

La présente politique de retour s'applique à tous les achats de produits effectués sur la boutique en ligne U Viaghju (spiritueux, coffrets et articles dérivés), à l'exclusion des prestations de séjour, de visite ou d'atelier qui restent régies par nos Conditions Générales de Vente.

Article 2 – Droit de rétractation

Conformément à l'article L221-18 du Code de la consommation, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier de motif ni à payer de pénalité.

Article 3 – Conditions de retour

Pour être accepté, un produit retourné doit être non ouvert, non entamé et non descellé, dans son emballage d'origine, complet et en parfait état de revente. Les bouteilles de spiritueux dont le scellé a été brisé ne peuvent être ni reprises ni remboursées, pour des raisons d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Article 4 – Exceptions au droit de rétractation

Ne peuvent faire l'objet d'un retour : les produits descellés ou consommés, les créations et assemblages personnalisés réalisés à la demande du client (Botanical Studio), ainsi que les produits périssables.

Article 5 – Procédure de retour

Pour initier un retour, contactez-nous à contact@uviaghju.corsica dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande, en précisant votre numéro de commande. Nous vous indiquerons alors l'adresse de retour ainsi que la marche à suivre.

Article 6 – Frais de retour

Les frais de retour restent à la charge du client, sauf en cas d'erreur de notre part ou de produit défectueux ou non conforme.

Article 7 – Remboursement

Le remboursement (produit et frais de livraison initiaux) est effectué dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit retourné, par le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé lors de la commande.

Article 8 – Produits défectueux ou non conformes

En cas de produit défectueux, endommagé pendant le transport ou non conforme à la commande, contactez-nous sous 48h à réception avec photos à l'appui à contact@uviaghju.corsica. Un remplacement ou un remboursement intégral, frais de retour inclus, vous sera proposé.

Distillery & Spirits

1. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of spirits and related products offered by the U Viaghju distillery to individual or professional clients, via the website or through direct sales at the estate. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products The products offered are artisanal spirits (gin, vodka, mead, liqueurs, whiskies, etc.), produced in limited batches. Each product is described with the utmost care. Natural variations (color, clarity, aromatic intensity) may occur from one batch to another and do not constitute a defect. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Access to Sales – Legal Age The sale of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the customer certifies:
Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in force in your country),
Having the legal capacity to contract. U Viaghju reserves the right to refuse any order in case of doubt.
4. Prices. Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), including applicable excise duties. Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation. U Viaghju reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
5. Order The order becomes firm and final after: validation of the shopping cart, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and full payment. U Viaghju reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of: a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, or non-payment.
6. Payment Accepted payment methods are specified on the website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment is due immediately. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
7. Delivery Deliveries are made within mainland France (and other areas if specified on the website). Delivery times are indicative. U Viaghju cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (breakage, leakage, open package) must be reported immediately to the carrier and to U Viaghju.
8. Right of withdrawal (private customers) In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: opened bottles, products unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons, or personalized or vintage products made to order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Liability U Viaghju cannot be held responsible for: improper storage of the product after delivery, or inappropriate or excessive consumption. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous to your health. Drink responsibly.
10. Storage and Serving Spirits should be stored: away from light, at a stable temperature, and out of reach of children. Natural sediment may appear and does not affect the quality of the product.
11. Personal Data The data collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
12. Intellectual Property All content (texts, images, logos, recipes, trade names) is the exclusive property of U Viaghju. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
13. Applicable Law – Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the district where the distillery's registered office is located.
