Article 1 – Scope

This returns policy applies to all product purchases made on the U Viaghju online shop (spirits, gift sets and related items). Stays, tours and workshops are excluded and remain governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

Article 2 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last parcel, for orders delivered in several parts) to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To do so, send us a clear statement by email to contact@uviaghju.corsica, or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

 

Article 3 – Return conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be unopened, untouched and with their seal intact, in their original packaging, complete and in perfect resaleable condition. Bottles of spirits whose seal has been broken cannot be taken back or refunded, for hygiene and health protection reasons (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

 

Article 4 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following cannot be returned: unsealed or consumed products, personalised creations and blends made to the customer's specifications (Botanical Studio), and perishable products.

 

Article 5 – Return procedure

After informing us of your decision, please send the products back no later than 14 days after this notification, to the address we will provide. Please include your order number and pack the bottles carefully.

 

Article 6 – Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective or non-compliant product.

 

Article 7 – Refunds

We refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method as for the original order.

 

Article 8 – Damaged or non-compliant products

If a parcel arrives damaged or a product does not match your order, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos, at contact@uviaghju.corsica. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, return costs included. This indicative timeframe does not limit your rights under the legal guarantees.

 

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) for 2 years from discovery of the defect.
