A Journey in Corsica

After years travelling the world as a Grand Reporter, Thibault chose to settle in Corsica — to write his journeys differently.

His son Noé joins him in the family venture.
From the desert of Agriate to the forests of Tartaghjine, they explored a living territory.

Sitting around an olive wood fire, they dream up the first olive wood–smoked whisky with a bold Mediterranean signature.

From the mists of the maquis emerged a gin. Then some vodka — inspired by the first botanical vodka invented by the monks.

And so, a terroir-driven craft distillery was born.
