Our gin revives the spirit of the first wild-juniper gins, when distillers picked their own botanicals.

In the high-altitude forests of Tartaghjine, we hand-pick juniper berries just before the first snow. On the way back, we gather a few maquis plants and citrus from forgotten orchards, blending resinous freshness, bright citrus and the sweetness of wild flowers.

Everything is distilled over a wood fire, then bottled at 37.5% ABV so that the aromas take precedence over the alcohol. With no artificial flavouring and no filtration, its texture and aromatic richness come solely from the plants we work with.

This bottle comes from a micro-edition of less than 125 litres, to preserve the intensity of its aromas. Each edition carries its year and tells the story of a different landscape.
