In the heart of the 15th-century Slavic steppes, Orthodox monks used grain alcohols
to extract the botanical virtues from their forests and gardens. Since then, the plants have continued their journey, crossing lands and seas to the Mediterranean shores. We find them again in our artisanal vodkas with unique aromas that reveal the power of our maquis .
Our Citrus & Nepita Vodka was born from the encounter between the forgotten citrus fruits of the high-altitude villages of Balagne and the aromatic power of wild nepita, an emblematic plant of the Corsican maquis.
Citrus fruits bring tension and brightness , while wild nepita from Muro places our vodka in a fresh and peppery vegetal framework .
This alliance gives rise to a lively and expressive vodka , designed as much for neat tasting as for enhancing original cocktails.
