An Old Tom Gin is a historic style of gin, slightly sweeter and rounder than a London Dry, where the sweetness of our maquis honey balances our wild botanicals without masking the juniper. Our Old Tom Gin with Afghan Lavender and Papillon is based on the blending of two complementary expressions of lavender.
Butterfly lavender, picked under the sun of the maquis, brings floral finesse and luminosity, while Afghan lavenders, naturally acclimatized to our Mediterranean orchards, offer fresh and structuring camphor notes.
The whole thing is balanced with a hint of honey from our bees.
An elegant spirit with character, at once floral, airy and structured, equally good when enjoyed neat or in the creation of original cocktails.
